2017 Showcase of Homes Features the Area’s Finest Homes by the Area’s Top Builders!

Thank you for your support of the Johnson City Area HBA Builders’ Showcase of Homes. Passports for this year’s event are available now. The dates for the Builders’ Showcase of Homes over two consecutive weekends are September 30, October 1, October 7 – 8. Showcase tour hours are 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Builders’ Showcase of Homes passports are available on the days of the Showcase at each of the homes and developments and at the locations listed below. Passports are valid for all 4 days. Please keep your passport until you have seen all of the homes and developments. Door prizes and the Showcase Grand Prize will be drawn from the passports that are returned and have a minimum of 5 site stamps.
