Association Facts
JCAHBA members are in the home building, remodeling, multifamily construction, design, housing finance, building products, and other aspects of residential and light commercial construction.
 
JCAHBA is comprised of about 250 members of which about 35% are Builders and/or Remodelers. The remaining 65% are Associate members who provide vital products and services to the building industry.
 
JCAHBA is a chartered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT).
